When the president of Walker Personnel Service came to Sound-n-Vision it was when the economy was at it’s worst and he was really feeling it. They were paying a lot of money in Yellow Pages ads and Pay Per Clicks that were not converting to any business and needed to make a dramatic change in strategies otherwise they risked the possibility of having to close their doors.

First thing we did is look at their website which was a Yellow Pages template site which clearly had to go. We redesigned the site and rebranded the company in order to give them a more modern look that would attract the types of employers that they want to service along with the quality of staffers they wanted to be able to offer. Once the new site was completed and launched we looked at their current SEO ranking which was non-existent. In order to win online, they would have to be ranked within the top 10 for some fairly competitive keywords. In order to free up the budget for their SEO we held a meeting with Walker Personnel Service and their Yellow Pages representative in order to review their campaign. We found many ads that were being paid for monthly that were not returning on their investment. After adjusting their Yellow Pages budget significantly, they had enough for their SEO budget with additional left over. They were actually spending less by the time we were done.

The SEO ranking for their website has increased so dramatically that we have been able to decrease their Adwords budget to about 10% of what they were originally paying when we first met. Now with the new website live, not only has their traffic increased but their conversions and website inquiries have increased as well!
